1. Information we collect

We do not require an account or collect personal information to use Calgary Weather Map. Your temperature-unit preference (°C/°F) is stored only in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.

2. Location

The "find my location" feature uses your browser's Geolocation API, with your explicit permission each time. Your coordinates are sent only to our server to look up weather for that point, and are not stored or logged against you.

3. Third parties

Weather data is sourced from Open-Meteo. Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap contributors. See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies and local storage.

4. Changes

Any changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
